DANCE CLASSES
"Groove & Move to our BEAT"

STREET VITAL (Basic Streetdance) - Develop your dancing and performing skills. Be energized and learn basic moves of street dance.
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes per session, once a week.
STREET STYLE (Intermediate Street Dance/Hiphop) - Learn advanced dance moves and new style. Sharpen your style in choreography and improve your creativity in making dance moves.
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes per session, once a week.
MASTER CLASS (Advanced Dance Class) - It's about time you learn different dance genres from the pros!
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes per session, once a week.
KIDS ON D’ MOVE (Street Dance for Kids) - Develop your kids’ talent and enhance skills in dancing as young as they are. This is a fun experience to learn the basic street dance choreography and stage presence.
Duration: 1 hour per session, once a week.
Age limit: 4 to 10 years old.
JIPJOP (Jazz Funk) - It's time to point your toes and make those turns! Join this class and learn the techniques of combined Jazz dance.
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes per session, once a week.
POINT TOE (Ballet for Kids) - This ballet class for kids will bring out the talents in very young children. Flexibility, discipline and stage presence will be developed in this workshop.
Duration: 1 hour per session, thrice a week.
Age limit: 3 to 6 years old, 7 to 10 years old.
FITNESS CLASS
"Fun way to loose weight and stay FIT"

DANCE AERO - Loose weight through Hi-low aerobics using basic moves of hiphop.
Duration: 1 hour per session, thrice a week.
PILATES - An innovative system of mind-body exercise it transforms the way body looks, feels and performs. It builds strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen.
Duration: 1 hour per session, thrice a week. Requirement: Pilates Mat
SPORTS CLASS

KARATE - is a martial art and primarily a striking art using punching, kicking, knee and elbow strikes and open-handed techniques. ACTS Workshops is in partnership with KDA.
Duration: 1 hour and 30minutes per session, one, twice or thrice a week.
Requirement: Karate Uniform
